At First Baptist of Welcome we hold Christ's words in high regard. We are a Great Commission church and because of this, we place a huge emphasis on missions. We are dedicated to serving those in spiritual and/physical needs; sending teams all over the world as well as right down the road. Our goal is to see people from all walks of life come to know Jesus Christ as their Savior and friend.

Local Mission
One Mile
We have set out on a 3yr mission to reach every household with the Gospel and the saving power of Jesus Christ within one mile of our church. We have sectioned off areas of the 1 mile radius and have begun to develop different strategies for every area. Our goal is to build relationships with the people of our community to let them know that we are not only here, but that we care about them. Areas which have already been impacted are filled in with dark blue.
